Our group fitness classes generally run 30-minutes in length and offer a variety of intensity levels from beginner to advanced. You work out your pace and our coaches will offer all the support and encouragement you need.
Metcon (metabolic conditioning) is a high intensity, full body interval style workout which is designed to train stamina, strength, endurance and conditioning.
These classes will be based on functional movements that include both gym equipment like barbells and kettlebells and bodyweight exercises.
Kangoo Power™ is an effective cardio rebounding workout class using specially designed Kangoo Jumps rebound boots that absorb upto 80% of the impact on your joints and helps you burn upto 20% more calories.
Kangoo Power is a 30 min class.
Boots are available to rent for $5 for anyone who may not have their own.
Please bring long socks.
